It's exactly a year ago today, that I alighted in BCUK! I had previously floundered in 'Blogspot' for three months and found life there rather impersonal, distant and totally alien. A willy-nilly search for bloggers led me to blog.co.uk and after a cursory examination of the site, I signed up and immediately found the process easier, user friendly and most helpful. I soon got into it; in next to no time, I had managed to create my three separate blogs.
I cannot remember the first one I invited as a friend...but I DO remember the first to make a comment on any of my posts....The Walrus. He must have been one of the first...if not The First.. Most of the very first ones are still with me...Thanks......
I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here and hope to spend many more years sharing in the life of the Community....which is the first reason I would cite for being here: The Blog Community. It is so diverse, complex, interesting, stimulating, informative, jocular, invigorating, intellectually taxing...and profoundly enjoyable. Gorgeous Day here! A quick visit before we set off on our usual Shopping Trip with 't old lady! Have to let you all know how good the day is....not without that reminder that 'wintryness' is very much in evidence.

My days are going so quickly...:yes: I know, it only appears to be doing that - indicative of the day being full and mostly rewarding...certainly for me.

Another excellent day...though, I must confess the temp struggled a little to stay up! Still, we could get out in the fresh air and even enjoyed some subdued sunshine. I suppose I should post this on Q and A...but this is such a personal thing...I'm not sure whether this is not the better place! So! Any helpful suggestions welcome....The simpler the better....

I would like to upload and post some music from my own library on my blog. Is there any software that I need to do this?
I noticed that several bloggers have little 'mechanisms'(?) through which they post music from time to time. It would be helpful if there were a way other than having to upload it on to a Website and then...on to my blog! Am I asking too much? Or just talking nonsense?
BTW: I'm not interested in video clips...certainly not for the moment....
Any ideas....suggestions....OR.....
